Nevertheless, the Web site is indicative of our merchandise in general, and we typically have additional items not shown. For more details about such items, please call, e-mail, or visit. Standardized types of items will usually be in stock, and even if we happen to be out of such an item at the moment, we will usually be getting more.  



In-store commerce:

In person, we accept U.S. currency, or checks (including traveler's checks) (U.S. $ only) with proper ID, and most bank cards.

Please note we are a retail store, not a wholesale supplier. We have no catalog, and this web site is not set up to serve as such, nor does it display the totality of our inventory. Those who need items in quantity should look elsewhere.

From time to time, we may offer items through commercial platforms such as eBay. Items so offered will not be shown here, and must be purchased through the platform. Policies pertaining to shipping, taxes, and returns for such items are as shown on the platform.

FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:

We can accept orders by mail, e-mail, phone. To select a specific item from this web site, right click on the picture and obtain its filename. When you contact us, cite the filename. (Depiction on this web site does not necessarily guarantee that it is in stock.) For alternative merchandise or merchandise in general, you should contact us for discussion as to your needs, and we can see if we can fill them. We can e-mail photos of specific items in which you have an interest.

Items shipped to Arizona addresses will be charged a sales tax.

For mailed, e-mailed, and phoned orders, you may pay by check (U.S. $) mailed to our address above, and you should allow time for it to clear. Alternatively, on-line payments for such orders can be made via your bank card through your PayPal account or directly via your PayPal account. To pay this way, you must have a PayPal account and should ask us to e-mail you a PayPal invoice, via which you can then make payment. The PayPal link in the invoice will give you the option either paying directly from your PayPal account or of using your bank card if your PayPal account accepts it. We do not accept bank cards from remote customers except through PayPal.

Damaged goods: If damaged goods are accompanied by visible damage to the exerior package, save all packing material and contact the carrier. Under other circumstances, see "RETURNS" below.

Returns: Items may be returned at customer's expense for refund within 20 days of the date of shipment, if in original resellable condition. Items in sealed packages must be in original unopened packaging. Please state the reason for return. Partial returns of items that, as a single line-item on the invoice, were sold in bulk (such as rough rock or grinding compounds), or as a collective assortment (such as miscellaneous-color necklaces of a certain class), will not be refunded. We will refund the return shipping only if the return contains product that is clearly defective or is not as represented. Please clearly identify the defect or deviation from representation.
 


Shipping:

Allow $9.00 for standard shipping of small uncomplicated items. For bulky or expensive items or special shipping requirements, we will have to contact you regarding shipping charges. We ship only to United States addresses.
